I have the cat ball, that my young cat loves, and I wanted to try the cat canoe for my old cat, who is mostly ever interested in laying in boxes or on folded paper sacks. I figured this was the classier version of what she usually likes. She loves the canoe. It's a comfy, safe place for her to sleep the day away.Wonderful seller! They included a small instruction guide to spray the bed with water and chuck it in the dryer to open it up better after it was compacted for shipping. Works like a charm! Nebula is loving her new bed.My foster kittens absolutely love The ”canoe.” It washes very well and I always add bleach with no fading to the fabric. It always holds it shape in the dryer.My cat is enjoying this snug bed immensely.My cats like to flip it over and jump on it like a trampoline. They love it.I won this at a charity auction and my rescue cat loves it! She is the smallest cat we have, so I think she feels safe with the sides on the bed. It does have some catnip on it too ;-)I have a Cat Canoe I bought from The Cat Ball when I visited Seattle for an event at which they had a booth. I was impressed by the variety of prints available, and by the care the owner takes in both construction and aesthetics of her products. It has held up well. My daughter has three, now, for her kitties, and they see constant use yet are still in good shape after several years' use.
